Tempto – Introduction
Tempto is a board game playable by anyone, of any age, anywhere in the world. It is designed for all playing abilities. Easy to play, Tempto is difficult to master well.
The aim is to score more points than your opponent. For curious and inquisitive minds, Tempto involves analysis, logic, choice, and strategy.
Educational Benefits & Social Enterprise
The learning benefits of Tempto are enormous in developing a range of cognitive skills as well as concentration. Yet, playing a game takes only 10-15 minutes. Tempto is the perfect educational gift and ideal for schools. A range of powerful tools unlock learning potential.
Twin aims are promoting the educational benefits of Tempto and the development of social enterprise ventures: design of Tempto boards, pieces & lid, manufacture of sets and marketing & sales in schools and elsewhere. An example is Vietnam where Tempto is taken to schools in fairly isolated communities.
Sales Potential & App Development
The initial emphasis is promoting the learning benefits through Social Enterprise ventures, approved under a licensing agreement for UK use. Separate agreements apply to all other countries. Tempto is ideal for commercial application via the retail sector, both in-store and online.
The intention is to produce an App to sit alongside the tactile version. The App will incorporate features such as playing levels, move logging, results profile, average score and so on.
